Not just do I have an extensive list of credentials, but more importantly over 10 years of experience working with clients as a personal trainer, physical therapist, and online health & fitness coach. Originally from Heidelberg, Germany, I moved to Amsterdam after graduating high school to study Physical Therapy and then to California to pursue my American Dream of helping people change their lives through health & fitness.
