At TillFit Coaching, we recognize that private personal training may not be financially feasible for everyone. That's why we offer semi-private personal training sessions, accommodating 2-4 people per session. This approach allows us to offer the same high-quality guidance and attention you'd receive in one-on-one training, but at a more affordable rate.

At TillFit Coaching, we understand that not everyone is ready to commit to ongoing personal training or coaching. That's why we also provide individual consultations for those who simply need assistance in getting started, overcoming a plateau, or addressing specific concerns, e.g. sleep issues, hormone imbalances, or nutrition guidance.
Some individuals may only require guidance getting started in the gym, including a personalized workout plan and learning proper exercise technique. Others may already have a workout plan but want to double-check their form or learn how to properly perform a specific exercise like the squat.
Our goal is to ensure that the residents of Civita receive precisely what they need. Therefore, we offer a flexible approach tailored to your individual requirements.

About Till Schmidt
Till Schmidt not only has an extensive list of credentials but also more than 10 years of experience working with clients as a personal trainer, physical therapist, and online health & fitness coach. Originally from Heidelberg, Germany, Till moved to Amsterdam after graduating high school to study Physical Therapy and then to California to pursue his American Dream of helping people change their lives through health & fitness.
According to Till's philosophy, achieving real health, wellbeing & a body you love is only possible as the result of two things:
1. An understanding of your own body and how fundamental factors such as nutrition, exercise, stress, etc. affect it.
2. Building healthy & sustainable habits (aka lifestyle). Especially, when the goal is to maintain your results for a lifetime!
