With over a decade of experience in the field of optimal body composition, health, and well-being, I have dedicated my life to helping people transform theirs through health and fitness. Originally from Heidelberg, Germany, I moved to Amsterdam after graduating high school to study Physical Therapy and then to California to pursue my American Dream.

I strongly believe that achieving real health, well-being, and a body you love is only possible through a sustainable lifestyle and a thorough understanding of your own body. This includes recognizing how nutrition, exercise, stress, and other factors affect you. I've worked with hundreds of clients, many of whom had unsuccessfully tried to lose weight for years, and the results speak for themselves.
